All Terrastar Users: NOTICE OF AORW UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE RESOLUTION - 18th August 2023

The unplanned service outage on AORW has now been resolved. The outage duration was from Thursday 17th August 2023 from 10:24 to Friday 18th of August 2023 at 22:20 UTC.

The reason for the outage as confirmed by the satellite provider was found to be a faulty drive motor of the uplink dish, which was replaced.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. No further outages are expected.
