Performance specifications subject to GNSS system characteristics, Signal-in-Space (SIS) operational degradation, ionospheric and tropospheric conditions, satellite geometry, baseline length, multipath effects and the presence of intentional or unintentional interference. Best performance achieved with OEM7700 and GNSS-850 antenna. Signal content subject to change.
  2. TerraStar-X is available on OEM7700, OEM719, OEM729, PwrPak7, SMART7. Subscription includes TerraStar-C PRO functionality outside of the TerraStar-X region.
  3. TerraStar-C PRO enhancements with RTK From the Sky technology currently supported with 7.08.10 firmware on OEM7700, OEM719, OEM729, PwrPak7 and CPT7700. Note that 7.08.10 firmware functionality is not currently available for precision agriculture applications.
  4. TerraStar-L is available on OEM628, FlexPak6, SMART6-L, SMART2 and all OEM7 products.
  5. In addition to RTK bridging, RTK ASSIST PRO subscription also provides independent centimetre-level positioning with TerraStar-C PRO functionality.


TerraStar-C PRO: Fast performance with global RTK From the Sky technology

Better than ever before, TerraStar-C PRO users now experience noticeable improvements in performance including convergence time, accuracy and recovery. The best performance is achievable with hardware support for all signals (full frequency, multi-constellation), on firmware 7.08.10 and higher.

TerraStar-X region

TerraStar-X is available regionally in the United States, approximately represented by the mapped green area. A subscription also includes access to TerraStar-C PRO corrections for positioning outside the green region.

I need RTK bridging support

TerraStar offers two options for users relying on RTK corrections and looking for a seamless positioning experience with maximum coverage. TerraStar’s RTK ASSIST and RTK ASSIST PRO provide reliable and accurate position bridging during RTK outages and can offer an independent PPP solution if you start up outside of your RTK coverage. Additionally, bridging corrections are delivered via L-Band satellite, meaning you can rely on an independent source of corrections if your internet connection or radio goes out.

RTK ASSIST

  • Maintains 5 centimetre-level positioning for RTK correction outages up to 20 minutes
  • Seamlessly bridges corrections during brief RTK outages from tree lines, buildings, or low cellular bandwidth

RTK ASSIST PRO

  • Supports 3 centimetre-level positioning for lengthy or indefinite RTK outages
  • Enables independent PPP services for high accuracy solutions outside of areas with existing RTK infrastructure, network coverage or base stations
  • Seamlessly operates in the background throughout large project areas where dropped signals or lost base station lines are frequent hazards
