All TerraStar Users: IOR Unscheduled Outage

The TerraStar IOR service experienced an unscheduled outage which began at 22:41 UTC on 24th March 2024, until 02:17 UTC on 25th March 2024 at which point it was resolved. Total outage duration was 3 hours and 36 minutes, this was due to multiple communications link failures between our processing centres and the uplink site.

 No further outages are expected.

All other TerraStar services on 25E and 143.5 services were operational for the duration.
