All TerraStar Users: eCommerce Maintenance Complete

Today, 14th October 2021, from 07:00 to 13:00 UTC - TERRASTAR performed upgrades on our e-commerce systems, as such during this time our external interfaces allowing any enable, disable or change of services on TERRASTAR units were unavailable.

This work has now successfully completed, and systems are available again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
