All TerraStar Users: 25E SATELLITE SERVICE DEGRADATION RESOLVED

The TerraStar service on the 25E satellite was unavailable between 14:05 and 14:07 UTC on the 18^th of August 2020 for a total of 2 minutes. This was due to adverse weather conditions affecting uplink site infrastructure, which has now cleared with no further impacts forecast.

All TerraStar services remained operational on AORW, IOR and 98W satellites during this outage.
