All TerraStar Users: 25E SERVICE DEGRADATION UPDATE [5].

The TerraStar service on the 25E satellite is currently unavailable.

This outage is due to ongoing recovery efforts from the satellite provider to resolve the original degradation issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience this service degradation may cause. Further updates will be issued when new information is available.

All TerraStar services remain operational on AORW and IOR satellites.
