All TerraStar Users: TerraStar – X -SP98W1/98W SERVICES INTERRUPTION

The TerraStar services on the SP98W1 and 98W satellite suffered an interruption from 20:25 UTC until 20:40 UTC, today the 10th October 2020.

 TerraStar C services remained operational on POR and AORW throughout this time.

 This was due to issues at the satellite provider’s uplink site.

 No further issues are expected.
