All TerraStar Users: POR SERVICE OUTAGE RESOLUTION

The TerraStar service on the POR satellite was offline between 14:14 UTC and 19:45 UTC on the 23rd August 2020. This incident has been resolved and the service is stable. No further outages are expected.

 Services remained fully operational on 143.5 and 98W during the outage.
