All TerraStar Users IOR UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE RESOLVED

The service was offline from 06:50 UTC on the 24^th of January 2024 and came back online on 24^th of January 2024 at 08:40 UTC. This was due to a fault at the satellite provider site.

The total outage was approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes. No further outages are expected.

All TerraStar services remained operational on the 25E and 143.5 satellites.
