All Terrastar Users: IOR Service Outage Resolution

The Terrastar services on the IOR satellite experienced an unscheduled outage. The service was offline between 10:19 - 10:50 UTC on the 3rd of December 2023.

The total outage was approximately 31 minutes. No further outages are expected.

The satellite provider has informed us that there was a fault in the uplink antenna drive components.

All other Terrastar services on 25E and 143.5E satellites remained online during this time.
