All TerraStar Users: IOR SATELLITE SERVICE INTERRUPTION

The TerraStar service on the IOR satellite was unavailable between 14:04 and 14:24 UTC on the 14th of June 2021 for a total of 20 minutes.

All TerraStar services remained operational on 25E and 143.5E throughout this time and no further issues are expected.

We apologise for any inconvenience this service outage may have caused.
