All TerraStar Users AORW Unscheduled Outage Resolved

The TerraStar AORW service experienced an unscheduled outage which has now been resolved. The TerraStar services were offline from 21:45 UTC on the 17th of September 2023 and came back online on 18th of September 2023 at 02:38 UTC. The total outage was approximately 4 hours 53 minutes. No further outages are expected. This was due to an issue at the uplink site which has been investigated by the satellite provider and resolved. The satellite provider has replaced faulty brake antenna tracking equipment.
