All Terrastar Users: AORW Unscheduled Outage Resolved

The Terrastar AORW service on the AORW L-band beam suffered an unexpected outage due to an ISP issue experienced at the uplink site for 1 hour 2 minutes on the 2nd of April 2024 from 20:57 UTC to 21:59 UTC.

All other Terrastar services on 25E and 98W services remained operational during this time.
