All TerraStar Users: 143.5E Unexpected Service Outage

The TerraStar services on the 143.5E L-band beam suffered an unexpected outage for 5 minutes on 13^th of February 2024 from 16:30 UTC to 16:35 UTC.

An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the service outage.

All TerraStar services on IOR and 98W remained operational during this outage.
