All TerraStar Users: 143 Unscheduled Outage (1)

The TerraStar Services on the 143.5E Satellite experienced an outage from 03:05 UTC on the 24th of August 2023 and came back online on 24th of August 2023 at 03:21 UTC. The total outage was approximately 16 minutes. No further outages are expected. The cause of the outage was a fault with the satellite provider infrastructure. Further information will be provided after an investigation has been completed. We apologise for any inconvenience this outage may have caused. All TerraStar services remained operational on the IOR and 98W satellites at this time.
