All Terrastar Users: 98W and SP98W1 Service Resolution

The degradation impacting the Terrastar 98W and SP98W1 services has been resolved.

This degradation was observed as a periodic increases in latency which did not impact positioning performance.

This occurred between the times of 01:00 UTC - 03:13 UTC and 06:13 UTC - 07:57 UTC on the 11th May 2023. All services remained operational on the beam during these time periods.
