All TerraStar Users: 25E and IOR Satellite Planned Maintenance 11/05/2022
Planned Maintenance on 11th May 2022 between 09:00 UTC and 10:00 UTC
There is a period of scheduled maintenance planned on the 25E and IOR satellites between 09:00 UTC and 10:00 UTC on the 11th May 2022, which will require TerraStar services to be transferred onto a backup antenna at the uplink location.
This maintenance is expected to cause two occurrences of 30-second outages of the TerraStar services on the 25E and IOR satellites throughout this time period when the transfer takes place.
All TerraStar services will remain operational on the AORW and 143.5E satellites throughout this time.
