All TerraStar Users: 98W and SP98W1 Service Outage 22/05/2022

The Terrastar services on the 98W satellite and SP98W1 satellite suffered an interruption of services.

The 98W service was interrupted from 12:42 UTC until 13:05 UTC, today the 22nd of May 2022. The total down time was 23 minutes.

The SP98W1 service was interrupted from 12:42 UTC until 13:29 UTC, today the 22nd of May 2022. The total down time was 47 minutes. 

This was due to a local communications issue at the satellite providers, uplink site. 

All other Terrastar services remained operational on AORW throughout this time.
