All TerraStar Users: AORW Service Degradation 17-06-2023

TerraStar services on the AORW satellite suffered an outage on the 17th of June 2023 between the times of 09:03 UTC and 09:18 UTC.

The satellite provider, Inmarsat, are still looking into what caused this outage.

All TerraStar services remained operational on 25E & 98W during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, and no further outages are expected.
