All TerraStar Users 143.5E UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE RESOLVED

The outage on the TerraStar 143.5E service has been resolved.

The service was offline from 16:29 UTC on the 6^th of January 2024 and came back online on 6^th of January 2024 at 17:37 UTC. This was due to a faulty antenna tracking issue.

The total outage was approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes. No further outages are expected.

All TerraStar services remained operational on the IOR and 98W satellites.
