All TERRASTAR Users: AORW SATELLITE SERVICE DEGRADATION 

The TerraStar service on AORW has been experiencing intermittent power level issues with outages observed between 00:50 and 03:00 UTC for periods of up to 10 minutes and lower than expected power levels until 04:00 UTC.

Inmarsat have stated that this has been due to adverse weather conditions at the uplink site but we are currently awaiting a full RFO.

Services remained fully operational on 98W and 25E during the service outage.
