All Terrastar Users SP98W1 service resolution

The Terrastar services on the SP98W1 satellite experienced an outage period between the times of 18:42 UTC on the 10th of April 2023 until 07:54 UTC on the 11th April 2023.

This was caused by a hardware fault at the uplink location.

We apologise for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Terrastar services were operational on the 98W beam from 21:31 on the 10th of April 2023.
