All TerraStar Users AORW Service Outage Update

The TerraStar services on the AORW satellite remain offline. The satellite provider has informed us that there is a fault in the uplink antenna drive components and work to resolve this issue is continuing. All other TerraStar services on 25E and 98W services remain online. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing. A further update will be provided when more information is available.
