All TerraStar Users: AORW SATELLITE SERVICE RESOLUTION

The TerraStar service on the AORW satellite was offline between 10:03 UTC and 15:47 UTC on the 7^th July 2020. This incident has been resolved and the service is stable. No further outages are expected.

Inmarsat have stated the initial root cause of Incident was the failure of a 5 MHz reference source for the Burum-10 antenna but a full RFO will be issued once further investigations have been completed. Services remained fully operational on 98W and 25E during the outage.
