All TerraStar Users: 25E SATELLITE SERVICE DEGRADATION

The Terrastar service on the 25E satellite is experiencing a degraded service. 

Impact on services is a possible decrease of 3dB in received signal strength, possibly impacting tracking. The satellite provider is investigating and working on a solution.

All Terrastar services remain operational on AORW and IOR satellites.
