All Terrastar Users: 143.5E Service Outage Resolved

The TerraStar services on the 143.5E satellite experienced an outage period between 22:55 UTC on the 16th of April 2023 and 20:30 UTC on the 18th of April 2023.

Full details will be available on the cause of the outage once these have been provided by Inmarsat.

We apologise for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

TerraStar services remained operational on the IOR and 98W beams throughout this time.
