There is a period of scheduled maintenance planned on the 98W satellite between 07:00 UTC and 10:00 UTC on the 9th November 2021, with an expected outage window of up to 1 hour during this period where the satellite payload will be adjusted.
This maintenance is expected to cause interruption of the TerraStar services on the 98W satellite throughout this time period.
All TerraStar services will remain operational on the AORW satellite throughout this time and we advise users to switch to this source. Services delivered via SP98W1 beam will also be impacted during this time.
